Jay N. Silverman, CEO
Jay Silverman has worked in the service industry for more
than 30 years, rising from field trainee to Mid-Continent
Operations Manager for Western Geophysical Company, a worldwide
oilfield service company during the first half of that time. He
was responsible for Operating P&L before leveraging his
experience and skill set in changing personal direction and
seizing a significant opportunity in a different but parallel
service industry where he was successful in growing a privately
held geotechnical/environmental service company, East Coast
Drilling & Boring, revenues from $1 million to nearly $6 million
in 2 years before returning to Houston and the oil service
sector. Mr. Silverman was Vice President and then President of
Field Operations for Seitel, Inc., a NYSE listed firm before
establishing a new upstream oil service company subsidiary that
he eventually took public in a successful NASDAQ IPO as
President, CEO and Director of Eagle Geophysical, Inc..
Joe W. Tischner, President and COO
A multi-talented professional with over 20 years successful
track record marketing and selling software, hardware,
professional services and enterprise solutions to the Oil and
Gas industry. A highest objective has been increasing revenue,
planning and executing programs to accomplish these goals. He is
self-starting, creative, innovative, goal-oriented strategist
with strong oral, written, and presentation skills. He is
respected in multiple industry verticals for integrity,
leadership, organizational and team building/participation in
global markets. He has a proven record of accomplishment of
success in sales, strategic marketing, business development and
channel sales. Joe has a BSC in Computer Science, MBA and DBA
from Trinity College and University.
As a recognized speaker, Joe has evangelized the benefits of
custom solutions to the general marketplace in various
tradeshows and symposiums around the world. He is an innovator,
thinking of things that have not been done or better ways of
doing what has been already done. He has extensive knowledge and
experience in ASP/MSP/JSP, B2B, B2C, CRM, E-Commerce, Process
and Workflow automation, Vertical Applications, ERP, Enterprise
Solutions, Knowledge Management, Storage Management, Security
and Document Management/Imaging applications markets.
Joe Tischner is an active member of the SEG, EAGE, SPE and
ARMA.
Conrad Lackner. President, iSAFE Canada
Conrad has over 30 years experience in all aspects of business
development, project management and operations. He has several
years of direct experience in records management where he has
guided and managed several large-scale digital conversion
projects. His employment experience includes Kelman
Technologies, Seitel Solutions, Triwaste Environmental, Drummond
Direct, R L Crain Business Forms and IBM Canada. Conrad attended
York University and earned his Business Degree from Ryerson.
Elgin Guiao, Vice President, Global Operations
Elgin has over 10 years experience in data management. He spent
the last four years as VP Operations where he has implemented
strict Quality Control practices across all iSafe Operations
Centers. His leadership in project management ensures on-time
delivery and quality control throughout every process of
backfile digital conversions and he has managed many large-scale
projects. Elgin earned his BSc from the University of Calgary.
Wayne LeBlanc, Vice President, Business
Development
Wayne is a business development senior executive with a proven
record of accelerated sales and profit growth, business
turnaround management and enhanced shareholder value. Over 25
years business development and account management responsibility
to diverse markets including energy, metalworking, healthcare,
laboratory and high technology manufacturing companies. He has a
proven record of accomplishment in business development, sales,
consulting management, profitability and productivity growth
achievement in highly competitive markets. He is a strategic
thinker with creative problem solving skills. He has exceptional
vision in working with customers and suppliers to create
long-term partnerships. In-depth understanding of the
international energy markets specifically alternative energy and
electricity deregulation.
