Project Supervisor
Description - We are seeking an individual with experience in
managing document imaging and tape transcription projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in oil and gas /
exploration and production and have a good knowledge of data
types involved in converting paper-to-digital and tape services.
You will be responsible for day-to-day project management,
capacity planning, reporting and hands-on production.
Reporting to Sr. Management, you will manage and schedule
resources for each project with the ultimate goal to maximize
time to completion and quality assurance for every project.
Knowledge in image capture technology, computers/networks,
tape systems and process implementation is an asset.

Opportunity - Sales - Account Managers - Oil and Gas
Description - We are a broad-based provider of cutting-edge
document imaging technologies, services, and solutions for the
global oil & gas industry, seeking a Sales Account Manager to
manage a defined list of their Oil & Gas client accounts.
iSAFE Solutions provide solutions that are used to convert
legacy record archives into useful digital libraries.
We have grown organically and have established an excellent
reputation. We are leading the industry in providing a full set
of services that help companies understand the value of
converting archive records into digital repositories.
Building upon our 5-year+ success, your primary
responsibility will be to develop close relationships with key
executives and managers in major Oil and Gas companies, to
develop business opportunities across the Company’s value chain
propositions. This includes all departments – exploration,
production, human resources, accounting, legal and other
business units.
You will focus initially on oil company and oil services
accounts. You will quickly identify their current Company
solutions across all of their global offices, and working with
their key personnel, identify their new business needs for
digital document imaging, tape remastering and transcription
services and document management solutions. You will help
formulate a sales strategy that secures these new business
opportunities, while maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction through out the account.
This is a mid-level position and as such an attractive
